If you feel heaty, maybe due to the weather, or drink too much coffee or eat too much cili padi, you can neutralize those heatiness by drinking Tan Gan Lo medicated tea. It is effective. So, buy a box to put at your home or office, so that you can drink it when you needed it. One box (10 packets) is just around RM5. One sachet can make at least two cups. Yes, it is bitter but it is effective. Ya, bear in mind that you will urine more after you drink it (Very immediate effect!). So, don't drink it if you are not convenient to go to the toilet.
