Type long messages using desktop/laptop in telegram and send it to yourself. You use desktop/laptop to type those long message so that you can type much faster, compare to key in those text in smart phone.
Go to your smart phone, open telegram and copy the long message and paste it at whatsapp to whom you wish to send.
