Goals For Year 2010 (Year End Review)

Spiritual/Character Growth

  • To work on my love for God and people and have a cheerful and thankful heart always.

Result in short: I don't think I achieve it. I am not focus and work hard enough to this goal and kind of gave up this goal some long time ago. Side point: This goal is not SMART enough - difficult to measure.

  • Study the book "How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth". Deep bible study on one Old Testament book and one New Testament book.

Emotionally/Socially/Relationship

  • To get steady.


Result in short: I don't not I achieve it even though I did work hard on it. Plan: To bring forward it to next year.

Physically

  • To have career stability - Stay with the job until end of 2010.

Result in short: I achieved this goal.

  • To be healthy - Not to take any MC for the whole year.

Result in short: I fail to achieve it 100%. I took 2 days MC. There are some minor sickness here and there but only once major sickness from 12-14 March, which took me 2 days MC and one emergency leave

Great Comission

  • To be involved in the Great Comission - To start to form a bible study (not conversion bible study) group within two months in my neighborhood after completed VolunteerMalaysia project.

Result in short: I fail to achieve it. I have difficulty to complete VolunteerMalaysia project and have the fear to do what I should. Plan: Have a new and better goals in mind for the mission and will set it soon.

Community Service (under HOPEworldwide Kuala Lumpur)

  • To serve the underprivileged community.


Result in short: I fail to achieve it. I have difficulty to complete VolunteerMalaysia project due to certain reasons. But, at the end, I cut over the project myself by informing handing over this project to the right party.
