To have healthy weight - Part 1

For this month of January, I did put some effort like taking some weight to build muscles. I also took protein drink of Nitro-Tech as well. I did all these but I didn't do it very regularly like everyday or intensely. Perhaps that explain why my weight right now is still 55 kilograms. I know that I wasn't giving enough effort into it because I feel that I should give more attention and focus to my career especially last three weeks. Since I manage to clear most of urgent things in my job now, I can focus more on gaining weight at least for this week. Hopefully by end of February, I will gain 1-2 kilograms.
